As we continue to build on the first set of functional exercises, we now add the next two that are variations of the Functional Bridge Exersice. Using a Swiss Exercise Ball, these exercises begin to retrain your mind to engage the correct muscles in the hip area that are required for stability and introduce you to the very important concept of Origin of Movement. These exercises not only strengthen your muscles, but train your brain to move from the correct muscles for maximum functional strength and stability.
