"Golf Biomechanics - Back Stabilizer Exercises" Video
The first video to deal with something other than the glutes and hips (are you starting to see how important the glutes and hips are to the golf swing yet?!), we deal with the next most important part, the muscles in the back that move the shoulder blades. The back muscles involved in this surprisingly challenging exercise are paramount for both proper rotation and getting connected to your core for power in the golf swing. The scapular movement in the swing is something that you've likely never thought about in your swing, or used correctly. Therefore, the brain must be trained to learn to engage these muscles and these exercises are ideal for doing that while improving your core connection and stability in the golf swing.
